Terms and conditions

My aim is to make your buying experience as enjoyable as possible and I hope the following answers any questions you may have.

Payment: If you make an order, the transaction will be processed by Paypal or Stripe and your payment information will not be shared with us. Paypal uses the latest secure server SSL technology and encryption to protect your information to the highest possible standard. You will be given the opportunity to check your order before committing to buy and this does not affect your right to return the product in the future. We are a small company therefor there is no VAT included in the prices.

Postage: UK orders are shipped second class unless otherwise stated.

  • There is a flat rate shipping for all multiple orders using the highest shipping cost only.
  • Your basket will give you the option to see your postage costs.
  • All cushions are mailed recorded delivery.
  • I will obtain a proof of posting receipt.
  • I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage due to transit.
  • Please leave feedback when you receive your item/s, so that I know they have arrived safely.
  • International orders will be shipped standard Air Mail and should take up to 5 working days.

About customs fees: International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Returns: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively you are welcome to exchange for another Scarlett and Valentine design.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

I will happily refund an item if it is faulty. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Classes: you are free to cancel your booking at anytime and your money refunded. A weeks notice would be appreciated, so that I am able to offer the place to someone else. Art Club booking is in half term  blocks and I am unable to refund missed classes due to sickness etc. Private print social bookings need to be a minimum of 5 people if members of your group cancel I will still require the payment of a minimum of five places.

Design information: please be aware that the settings on your monitor might mean that the colour of your print may differ slightly from the image you see on your screen.
