Service Description

Creative adventuring awaits! Small group process-led classes for your child to have fun, make a mess and feed their imagination. Scarlett and Valentine art club is run by me, Aprille, at my home in Greystones. I have over 10 years experience in delivering creative classes for all ages. I love championing children’s creativity. As art club is process driven rather than result focused their creative journey is all their own. With support and encouragement your child will begin to solve problems and build confidence in their own judgement. I will include a topic, artist or material to explore each session. The setting is a home environment with a garden to play in. Children with have access to a separate toilet with hand washing facilities. Please note that I am unable to offer toilet facilities on ground level where the class is run. Finally we have Minnie, our beloved springer spaniel who’s always keen to play and is a fine listener of woes when needed. About your tutor: Aprille is a practicing visual artist and workshop leader with over 10 years in delivering creative classes to all ages and abilities. Her aim is to champion and support others in their creative journey. By listening, engaging and visualising Aprille works to break down the idea of being ‘arty’ to enable an open and playful mindset that encourages people to build confidence and have a go.
