Our Shipping Policy

If your order can fit through a letterbox it will be sent recorded Royal Mail. All other parcels will be send with DPD to your local pick up location. You will recieve delivery details once your order has been dispatched. We are happy to send oversees - please get in touch so that I can give you a shipping quote.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively you are welcome to exchange for another Scarlett and Valentine design.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

I will happily refund an item if it is faulty. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Please request your refund by email and I’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.

Class Bookings

You are free to cancel your booking at anytime and your money refunded (minus payment gateway fees). Art Club booking is in half term blocks and I am unable to refund missed classes due to sickness etc. 

We, at Scarlett and Valentine are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You are free to have your data removed at any time.

Like all shopping websites, we collect personal information from you when you shop with us. We use this information to give you an easy shopping experience, fulfil any order you make with us, to keep you posted on your delivery and to inform you of any promotions (should you opt in). All order information is processed from the website dashboard and is not printed out or retained on paper.

If you make an order, the transaction will be processed by Paypal or Stripe and your payment information will not be shared with us. Both Paypal and Stripe uses the latest secure server SSL technology and encryption to protect your information to the highest possible standard.

If you have chosen to opt in to receiving our newsletter we share your information with trusted third party,  MailChimp, our mailing list provider, who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business and servicing clients and visitors. This trusted third party agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties. You are free to opt out at any point.

Activity: we may record information relating to your use of the Scarlett and Valentine site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use Word Press and plugins, Google Analytics and Jet Pack to gather and record this type of information to administer the site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site.

Third party links: the site may contain links to third party websites. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our site. Other sites accessible through our site via links or otherwise have their own policies in regard to privacy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third parties.

Art Club and Print Social: social media is used to promote both art club and print social. Art club children will not have their faces clear on any social media unless permission has been obtained from the parent or guardian.
